Aqua Fitness Classes

Aqua Cardio & Core: Improve your balance in this fun, low-impact workout to strengthen core muscles utilizing noodles. **

Water Aerobics: Each class includes a warm­up, cardio, strength-training exercises, and a cool down. **

Aqua Tabata: Get your blood pumping and shed those calories in the quick-paced aqua routine! ***

Aqua Core Challenge: A shallow water, low impact, cardiovascular challenge to improve your core strength & balance. **

Aqua Zumba: It's a pool party! The water's resistance cushions your feet, knees, and back as you dance the time away. A Middle Eastern dance that originated in Egypt features movements of the hips and torso. *

NO LAP SWIM OR OPEN SWIM DURING CLASSES.

POOL CLOSES 7:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 6:30 PM Friday, and 3:30 PM Saturday.

OPEN SWIM & LAP SWIMMING is allowed between classes. Lap lanes are for lap swimming only. Lap lanes will be removed 15 minutes before classes start.
